Where is The Venue Tucson located?

We’re conveniently located in central Tucson, near the intersection of Grant Road and Swan Road. Our address makes it easy for guests to access from I-10, downtown Tucson, and the surrounding metro area.

What types of events do you host?

We host a wide range of events — including weddings, quinceañeras, corporate meetings, galas, banquets, fundraisers, and social celebrations. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, our flexible spaces can be customized to fit your vision.

Do you offer on-site catering and bar service?

Yes. Our in-house culinary and beverage team offers full-service catering and customizable menu options, from plated dinners to buffet service and cocktail receptions. Bar packages are also available and can be tailored to your event style.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Outside vendors may be approved on a case-by-case basis. We’re happy to work with your preferred photographers, decorators, and entertainment providers — however, all catering and bar service must be provided by The Venue Tucson to ensure quality and compliance with health and liquor regulations.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes — complimentary parking is available on-site for all event guests, with easy access to the main entrance.

Event Planning & Setup

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and large events, and at least 3–6 months in advance for smaller gatherings. However, availability varies — contact our team for current open dates.

Do you provide event planning or coordination?

Yes. Our on-site event specialists assist with planning, coordination, and setup details to make your event seamless. We can help with timelines, layouts, vendor coordination, and day-of support.

Can I tour the venue before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage you to schedule a tour so you can see the space, discuss options, and envision your event in person.

What’s included when I book The Venue Tucson?

Each event includes access to your reserved space, setup and teardown support, tables and chairs, standard linens, and full use of our catering and bar services. Additional décor, specialty rentals, or enhancements can be added upon request.

Do you host ceremonies as well as receptions?

Yes — many couples host both ceremony and reception with us. Our team can arrange a seamless room transition or suggest ideal layouts for both portions of your celebration.

Logistics & Policies

What is the venue capacity?

Depending on the event setup, our flexible ballroom and adjoining spaces can accommodate up to 250 guests for receptions and smaller groups for meetings or private dinners.

Are there nearby hotels for guests?

Yes — we’re located adjacent to a full-service hotel, offering convenient overnight accommodations for your guests. Ask our team about preferred rates for room blocks.

What deposit is required to reserve a date?

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is typically due in installments, with full payment completed prior to your event date. Specific payment schedules vary by event type.

Can I host both indoor and outdoor events?

Yes — The Venue Tucson offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for flexible event planning and unique experiences.

What time can my event run until?

Event end times depend on your booking and local noise regulations, but most events conclude by 11:00 PM. Extended hours may be available upon request.
